Manganese Ore
F-COM Holding GmbH is operating a Joint Venture project for Manganese Ore production in Turkey.
In our plant located in Anatolia we mainly produce high grade 0-10mm fines Mn 46-48% and Mn 50-52% (lumpy ore Mn 36% also available).
We are also offering Mn fines and lumps from Egypt (Mn 24-26%) and West Africa (Mn 34-36%)
Pig Iron
Our pig iron is being manufactured in South Africa according to international standard
Pig Iron Blocks
European origin, in abbreviated form it is the Desulphurisation process of the mill. The liquid iron is removed from the ladle and processed with magnets to remove the impurity (sulphur) and majority of any slag is processed off and discarded

DRI
Manufactured by gas-based direct reduction of iron ore for charging to EAF furnaces
HBI
As a premium form of DRI the main market for our HBI is EAF (electric arc furnace) steel making industry but also used as feedstock for blast furnace and foundry operation

We are running a Joint Venture with our long term manufacturing partner United Heavy
Industries in South Africa operating a steel mill for the production of billets

Iron Ore
We are trading in iron ore lumps, fines and concentrate
Secondary Pig Iron
Our material is being recovered from slag from blast furnace operations and used as supplement or substitute of scrap in EAF steelmaking
Special Steel
We are trading in armour steel plates and wear resistant steel of various grades and applications
Quartz, Phosphate, Ilmenite
We do have direct access to manufacturing sources of Quartz, Phosphate and Ilmenite from North Africa
